Dear Daddy,
I am so glad you came home. Mommy and I missed you so much when you were gone. But, I'm glad you had a good time in Idaho!
Love, Jack

I waited and waited for you by the window. Just like I always do when you come home from school... but this time you never came home! I missed you Daddy.
When Mommy said that you weren't coming home for a few more days I didn't believe her at first. But then you never came home, and I got so sad.

Daddy, have you noticed how happy Mommy is whenever she looks at the pretty plant you got her? I can't believe you brought that all the way from Idaho. And, you carried it on the airplane. WOW, you must really like her! Welcome Home Daddy!

Brent and I LOVE Jacks's sad face. We think it would be hard to resist making him sad just to see it! Everytime we shake our heads 'no,' we think of him now! We miss you guys! Good thing Daddy came home.
Mel! Your blog is great! I love all the pictures. I feel like I'm all caught up with you guys now. :)
CUTE POST MEL!
Mel! You are going to laugh, I actually was looking at Alyssa Hoffmans's blog and found her music website! I know, I'm trying so hard to keep the quilting ambition going! I think it is coming to a dead hault! Jack is so cute waiting at the window!
Very cute Mel....how sweet is it that he stares out the window waiting for his dad???
