Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Jack experienced snow for the first time yesterday. He saw it on the ground in Idaho and Utah, but never got to play in it. Anyway, I guess it's quite rare for it to snow here in Durham so it was pretty exciting. Jack didn't really know what to do with it at first, but after a while, he absolutely loved it. John is in Idaho this weekend for his grandpa's funeral so we are missing him like crazy. Here's some pictures of the fun Daddy missed out on yesterday.

Round 2...
After a few pictures, I realized how cold it was and ran to get his little hat!

Thanks for letting me play in the snow mom! That was so fun...

It was fun to read about all the fun you guys had over the break, I'll bet that it feels so good to be home! We were also gone for a bit this break traveling around seeing family and I was so happy when we pulled into our driveway for the last time, I didn't go anywhere for 3 days! Sorry to hear about Gpa Jack, he was a great guy who raised a wonderful family.... My son is also named after my grandpa and I know that he will pass one day and I am glad to know that his name and memories will always be with us.
