1..2..3.. life changes

3) I was digging through some bins under our bed and came across a wonderful life changing thing... it was John's "Volunteer Blood Donor Card" Thank you American Red Cross for informing me that my husband is Blood Type: O negative. Which for many people may wonder why this is a life changing experience for me? Given that I am Blood Type: A negative, this means I will never have to get a rhogam shot while pregnant!! I am thrilled... Why did I ever get it with Jack?

2) We have finally decided (after a very long, thought out, prayed out decision process) that we will be spending our internship this summer at a law firm called "Paul Hastings" located in ORANGE COUNTY, CA! Which some might ask, "why life changing?" The internship you do this summer as a 2L going into your 3rd year of law school, pretty much determines where you might move for your "big kid job" after law school. We are spending 10 weeks in CA and then going back to the same firm we worked for in PHX (Lewis and Roca), but only for 3 weeks. So, one year from now we will most likely know where we'll be going after law school, either PHX or OC. Kinda crazy.

1) The third life changing thing is that we found out the gender of our baby... We're having another BOY! Why life changing one might ask? 2 boys= double the trouble/double the fun. We couldn't be more excited. I can not stop smiling... I love little boys.
John came with me to the ultrasound and literally jumped up out of his seat, pointed to the screen with our beautiful little baby on it, and said, "IT'S A BOY!!" He was so proud and excited and shocked (cuz he was sure it was a girl). I love seeing John so excited, he's like a little kid on Christmas morning...priceless. I was very proud of him for recognizing such anatomy on a black and white screen. The lady giving me the ultrasound was very thorough. I was in the chair for about an hour cuz she really wanted to make sure he had 4 chambers in his heart. All is well. We've got a healthy baby as far as we know and a healthy boy at that :-) PS, they left my due date the same... April 1st.

Congrats on another boy! It's really nice having the same sex cause you already have all the right clothes and you don't have to change the color of the nursery. It's a great way to save money. Have you thought of any names yet?
