The kids must have known it was another party day because they woke up nice and early...

We came up the stairs that morning and the kids had already started their breakfast for themselves. Isn't that nice?!! It was so fun to stay at my parents house for the entire Christmas break with Amy and Michael's family there as well. The Packards and I were "off schedule" for years coming home for Christmas so much thanks to Amy for skipping a year so we could be on the same track!!!

Sabrina is getting a little tipsy... it's a little early Sabrina, don't you think??

When I ask Jack what he liked about staying at Grandma's house for Christmas he says, "I like how is snowed leaves!" Yes, in AZ we might not get snow, but we get to "snow leaves!!"

They played in them a good part of the morning.

"I rake my leaves into a great big hump.
Stand back a little ways, bend both knees and... JUMP!!"

Another fun tradition we have it to make pizza for NYE dinner. We each get our own pie tin and roll out the dough and put whatever toppings mom has out. But with grandkids getting older, our family getting bigger, and families starting to have their own "New Years Eve" parties we decided to change it to lunch!! Jonah looks thrilled there on Ashlyn's lap.

Jack's personal pan pizza!

Grandpa LOVES his cute grandkids!!

Now that's a pile of leaves!!
Mae, Sadie, Katelyn, Bethany, Grace, Emma, Anna, Truman, Josh, David, Ben, Braiden, Ella

Leaf war with Grandpa!!

Where'd Jack go??

Gosh these are cute posts Mel! Love them. (I went back to make sure you had said all the names right on the nieces and nephews with the leaves!) There sure are a lot of them! Haha
