Isn't the Boston temple beautiful?
We hurried home to get babies, change clothes and get ready for the day. Of course we were starving, so Jan took us to the amazing place that serves breakfast all day long. I guess in Arlington, MA (where we stayed) there's a law about the food. I can't remember if the law says no fast food or chain restaurants in Arlington... Whatever the law was, I'm thankful. We got to try so many new amazing places. I love eating at new/independent restaurants...

There was a 60 mile run going on for breast cancer and they passed us while we were in downtown Lexington. They were on day #2 of their run ... we cheered real loud! (Well, with us everything is loud!) But we cheered.
Then we headed down to tour the Louisa May Alcott home in Concord, MA. She's the author of "Little Women" and this is the house she lived in while she wrote her book. Of course we had to try out the Maypole!
Amy, Mel, Jen and (ASHY?!? where are you?)... the 4 youngest "Little Women"

The 4 "oldest" little women (right to left) Amber, JaNae, Adena, Shera...
Anna, Louisa, Elizabeth, Abigail (in real life) or Meg, Jo, Beth, Amy (in the movie) I can't believe I've never read "Little Women" but after this, I was inspired to come home and read the book. Yes, it's been 2 months and I have not yet read it... but it's on my list!
And at the end of all this touring madness, Jonah is still the cutest, happiest little boy in Arlington :-)
After touring the Alcott home, we went and watched a 20 minute history video telling the events of leading up to Paul Revere's ride, minute man, the battle at Concord and Lexington... etc. The acting wasn't' the best, but it was very educational! It felt very good to sit for a little while. Once again, Adena saved me. She rubbed my back! After carrying Jonah all day in the baby Bjorn, it was aching. Maybe I'm just a whimp! Nonetheless, thanks for the back rub, it felt marvelous.
We then went back to our cousin's house where we were staying and got ready for the next big event... THE RED SOX GAME!!

My words can not express how sinfully jealous I am of your get togethers. I miss you girls like CRAZY. I REALLY want to make it down to AZ this December and hope we can get there during Jennica's wedding.
Your family is ADORABLE! Give those boys a kiss from me.
