June Highlights...

So, the first week of June we lived and took care of the Walker kids. The next 2 weeks we moved in with my mom's first cousin. They live in Coto de Caza and they were gracious enough to let us LIVE with them. We were going to live there all summer, but then the people in their guest house moved out, so we moved over there for the rest of the summer. June was a cold month. Not the "sunny California" we were hoping for. But it FLEW by and was a ton of fun.

I love snuggling with my boys Saturday mornings. No homework is a beautiful thing!
Jack tried out the "big boy bed" for the first time! He did great...

I got to go to this amazing performance OCMCO (Orange County Mormon Choral Organisation). Anna and David were in one of the children's groups that performed and it was incredible. It reminded me how much I love choir and performing and music! I can't wait to see little Jack and Jonah perform someday! Whether it's choir or football, it will be wonderful!!

We had dinner with a Bulgarian that Aunt Peggy knew. Her name was Eva. She brought delicious Bulgarian food and I made a lasagna. Yummy, fun evening. John loved getting brushed up on his Bulgarian and she loved sharing photos.

We went on a date (with the kids) to the Irvine Spectrum. We rode the Carousel, bought flip flops at Old Navy, and ate a delicious burger and endless fries at Red Robin...

I love catching excitement in a photo... LOVE John's face... priceless!
Jack learned how to do a somersault

John got a parking ticket because he parked in front of this (hiding) fire hydrant! He claims he didn't even know it was there. Do you blame him?... We took pictures to protest... we lost and still had to pay the $35 ticket.

Over all, June was a great month! We had:

angry times, happy times, silly times
drunk with love times, sad times, but most of all... just being cute times!!

So cute Mel! This was the update I wanted during the summer! You look so pretty in all your pics, and your boys are to die-for. Perfect pictures to post. Loved it. Did you ever get a picture with Peggy?
